Feed a crowd these tender tangy sandwiches. They’re absolutely delish! Very tender and juicy, lots of flavor and most of all super easy to make, and always come out great!
Italian Tangy Beef Hoagies

You’ll Need
1 (4 lbs) Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast, Halved
2 (0.7 oz) Packages Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 Cups Water
1 (16 oz) Jar Mild Pepper Rings, Undrained
18 Hoagie Buns
Let’s Get Started
In 5 quart slow-cooker, place the roast. In a bowl mix together, the Italian salad dressing mix and water.
Pour this dressing mixture onto the roast.
Cover and cook the roast on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Remove the meat and shred it with two forks. Return the meat to the slow-cooker. To it, add the pepper rings. Heat everything through.
Split the hoagie buns and spoon 1/2 cup shredded meat mixture onto each bun.
These are the best beef sandwiches! Enjoy!
