Here’s a great and really simple pork-chop crockpot recipe that I hope you’ll love. They pork is so tender and real delish! The sauce is simply delicious served over white rice or egg noodles. Enjoy!
Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

You’ll Need
6 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tsp Cayenne
1 Tsp Ginger Minced
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
Dash of Hot Sauce
Pepper
6 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tsp Cayenne
1 Tsp Ginger Minced
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
Dash of Hot Sauce
Pepper
Let’s Get Started
Place the pork chops in slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the pork chops.
Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Serve your delicious Sweet and Sour Pork Chops over a bed white rice or egg noodles with a side of mashed potatoes.
