This is super quick, easy and truly one the best lobster bisques ever. Sure to be a huge hit with everyone at your dinner table! It’s fantastic tasting, everyone will want more and more. So here it is!
Lobster Bisque

You’ll Need
6 Tbls Butter
6 Tbls All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
2-3 Bay Leaves
4 1/2 Cups Milk
1 1/2 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock
1 Can Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup White Wine
3 Tbls Minced Onion
3 Cups Cooked Lobster Meat, Shredded
1 Tbls Paprika
1/2 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
Couple Of Dashes of Tabasco

1 Can Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup White Wine
3 Tbls Minced Onion
3 Cups Cooked Lobster Meat, Shredded
1 Tbls Paprika
1/2 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
Couple Of Dashes of Tabasco
Let’s Get Started
In a large pot, over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, celery salt and bay leaves in the butter. Stir continuously. Mix till everything is well blended.
Gradually stir in the milk and whisk continuously to prevent any lumps from forming. Once everything’s mixed well, stir in the chicken stock, tomato paste and white wine. Mix well.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the soup begins to thicken. Add the onion and lobster to the bisque. Season with paprika, cayenne and a couple of dashes of tabasco.
Cook for about 10 more minutes stirring continuously. Stir in the cream and heat through. Do not let it boil! Remove the bay leaves at the end.
Serve your Luscious Lobster Bisque with a bowl of salad and foccacia bread. Enjoy!
