A simple marinade that does magic to this steak. Really mouthwatering!
Ginger Flank Steak

You’ll Need
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce – Low Sodium
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbls Lemon Juice
1/3 Tsp Freshly Minced Ginger
1 Clove Of Garlic, Minced
1 (1 pound) Beef Flank Steak
Let’s Get Started
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced ginger and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
Take a resealable ziplock bag and pour half of the marinade into it and add the steak to it. Seal the bag and just mush it around gently so as to cover the steak with the marinade. Refrigerate the steak overnight.
Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade separately.
Before grilling, discard the marinade from the steak. Grill the steak, covered, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade, over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
