Use
Chives make an attractive garnish for many savory foods such as cold soups, dips, cream sauces, potatoes. Chives won't overpower the flavor of fish when added as a garnish due to its mild and delicate onion flavor. Add Chives at the last moment to hot foods and stir fried items, since heat lessens their flavor. Chives are popular in European and Chinese cuisines and in the seasoning blends. |
