Description

Cream of Tartar is the left over product of the grape juice that has fermented to wine. It is a natural and a pure ingredient in the form of fine white powder. Cream of Tartar has an acidic flavor but has no fragrance or aroma.

Cream of Tartar is most commonly used in baking. The perfect and a common example where it is one of the major ingredients in baking would be, Angel Food Cake.
